Hampton’s Resourcing are currently working in partnership with a well-established national private care provider to support them with the recruitment of an experienced Nurse Qualified Service Manager RMN/RNLD.
The Manager will have responsibility for a bespoke 10 bedded Residential service - LD & Challenging behaviour based in Hartlepool.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing & care of the Home's residents. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for marketing the home within the local community, maximising occupancy, managing budgets, payroll and rotas.
Main responsibilities
- The ideal Service Manager will have previous experience of management within a LD Service or similar environment and have excellent CQC knowledge and evident successes in their career history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An RMN/RNLD qualification
