Nurse Qualified Operations & Development Manager - Kent (BBBH3073) South East England, England

Salary: GBP62000 - GBP65000 per annum + Additional Benefits

Hampton’s are currently working in partnership with a well-established charity with the recruitment of an experienced Nurse Qualified Operations & Development Manager Covering the Kent area.

You will have Strategic and Operational responsibility for the care homes within the group yet be very hands on in order to support your managers and assist with the development of the existing and new homes.

Role Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and directing the management of risk and compliance with regulatory bodies and legal directives to support the delivery of high quality, safe care for residents within the care homes.
You will work closely with both the senior executive team and your home managers; you will be supportive and a mentor to staff within the group.
Along with the operations of the homes you will assist the home managers with marketing to increase occupancy and improve further on CQC reports in order to make the care homes a market leader in the local areas.

Candidates suitable for the role
You will have a nursing qualification and have regional management experience within residential and nursing homes.
Experience with project management, development of existing and new homes as well as understanding change.
You will have a passion for quality with a can-do attitude.

Annual Salary: Up to 65k + Mileage and a Discretionary Bonus
