Machine Operator (Physical Role) – Fixed or Rotating Shifts (Mon–Fri)

Location - Coventry CV6

We’re recruiting a Machine Operator to join a busy production team. You’ll be working in a hands-on, physical environment, supporting the manufacture and movement of components for a company that designs, makes, moves and improves components.

Key Duties

• Loading/unloading machines with tubes
• Checking products to ensure quality standards are met
• Palletising finished goods
• Working to targets and maintaining output levels
• General duties as and when required

Role Requirements

• This is a physical role — you will be on your feet all day
• Able to work at pace and to daily production targets
• Good attention to detail for product checking
• Ideally suited to candidates with manufacturing and production backgrounds
• Reliable and punctual for shift work

Shifts Available (Monday to Friday)

• Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Fixed shifts and rotating shifts available

Pay Rates

• Morning shift: £13.92 per hour
• Afternoon shift: £15.66 per hour
