The Role

We are currently recruiting for Metal Dressers to join a busy manufacturing site in Billingham. This role offers an immediate start and ongoing work for the right candidates.

 Key Responsibilities

• Dressing and finishing metal components to required standards
• Grinding, fettling, and smoothing castings
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

 Requirements

• Previous experience in metal dressing, fettling, or similar role
• Experience working in a heavy engineering or foundry environment (desirable)
• Ability to work rotating days and nights
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and able to start immediately
