We are passionate about people and are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our growing Middlesbrough site. This role will support our ongoing growth plans and offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience and a passion for business development.

The Role

  • Identify, develop, and maximise new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage temporary and permanent recruitment processes end to end
  • Deliver a candidate-focused service, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all times
  • Maintain accurate client and candidate records, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal quality procedures
  • Support the Business Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and deputise during periods of annual leave
  • Contribute to site performance and wider strategic growth plans

About You

  • Proven experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment
  • Strong business development background with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Innovative, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to drive is essential
