Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator looking to join a dynamic and growing fabrication team? This is your chance to work with a leading steel fabrication company that values precision, teamwork, and progression.

About the Company

Our client provides a wide range of steel laser cutting and fabrication services. Their custom-made products include:

• Steel grills and fire tables
• Components for architectural metalwork, medical equipment, trains, and more
• Bespoke solutions for general engineering and industrial kitchens

They operate with cutting-edge machinery including CNC press brakes, laser cutters, and MIG/TIG welding stations.

The Role

As a Press Brake Setter Operator, you will:

• Set and operate CNC press brake machines (Biostronic controls preferred, others accepted)
• Work from technical drawings to produce precision metal components
• Collaborate with a team to process internal and customer orders
• Operate in a clean, modern facility with a supportive team

Note: This is a setter/operator role – programming is handled by a separate team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience setting and operating CNC press brake machines
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Biostronic controls

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Monday–Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: Monday–Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
• Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours
