Fabrication Supervisor – PM Shift

Pay: Up to £18 per hour

Shift: Mon–Weds 2pm–12am | Thurs 2pm–11:30pm | Fri OFF

We’re hiring a hands on PM Shift Supervisor for a busy sheet metal fabrication site in North Leicester. The site operates across laser cutting, press brake, welding (including robot/laser welding) and powder coating.

Key duties

• Supervising PM shift production staff
• Hands-on support across welding, press work, laser machining and fabrication
• Maintaining standards for output, quality and team performance

Essential experience

• Strong full fabrication background
• Proven capability across Press, Weld and Laser
