We’re recruiting an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy engineering team in Banbury. You’ll be welding stainless steel only, producing high-quality components to drawing and specification.

Key responsibilities

• TIG weld stainless steel to a high standard
• Work with thin-gauge material (approx. 2–5mm)
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Carry out basic fabrication tasks as required
• Complete minimal stainless steel MIG work (occasionally)

Experience required

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Confident working with stainless steel
• Able to read and follow engineering drawings
• Stainless MIG experience is beneficial but not essential

Pay & benefits

• £14.00 per hour / £29,500 per annum
• Overtime available, paid at enhanced rates
• Immediate start available
