We are looking for Syndicate Regulatory Operations Assistant  to join a tier 1 investment bank for the 6 months contract (PAYE) based in London. Our client is a global market leader in investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.

Team Profile:
The Administrator will work closely with the Syndicate teams of the EMEA GCM Division, responsible for executing capital market products for our clients, and will report into the Management Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this role involves providing ongoing support to the execution teams of Capital Markets on regulatory requirements, including the collating, tracking and logging of “Relevant Conversations” under the Market Abuse Regime, and collating and collaborating with law firms on Deal Documents to ensure they are stored appropriately. It may also include ad hoc support on projects and initiatives driven by the Syndicate and/or management team(s).
