Search Consultancy is looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer to join an active commercial development in Wallsend. This is a short-term cover role with an immediate start available for candidates with a valid CSCS card and a good work ethic.

The Role

• Site Support & Maintenance: Assisting sub-contractors and tradespeople across site, ensuring materials are distributed efficiently.

• General Site Clearance: Clearing debris, keeping walkways and work areas clean and safe, and managing waste segregation.

• Loading & Unloading: Unloading site deliveries and moving heavy materials safely around site.

• Safety & Welfare: Following health and safety instructions from site management and helping maintain site welfare facilities.

Requirements

• CSCS Card: Valid CSCS Green Card (General Operative / Labourer) is mandatory.

• PPE: Full 5-point PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, safety boots, gloves, eye protection).

• Experience: Previous site experience as a General Labourer/Operative.

• Reliability: Punctual, reliable, and physical fitness for manual site duties.

• Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.
