Stafforce North Yorkshire Hub is recruiting for a Machine Operator / Factory Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business on the outskirts of Scarborough.
This Machine Operator role involves operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, using hand tools and packing goods ready for dispatch. As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Machine Operator skills

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Factory Operative, or within a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
