Assembly Operative

We are searching for motivated individuals to join our client’s team and support their growing assembly line operations.

As an Assembly Operative, you will help build high-quality products, working with technical drawings and production equipment to ensure every item meets strict safety and quality standards. No experience is required , full training is provided and you will be supported from day one. Rotating shifts Monday to Friday 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities

• Accurately place component parts onto printed circuit boards (PCB assembly)
• Test and inspect completed circuit boards (quality control, inspection)
• Assist with production finishing tasks, including case assembly
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain excellent health & safety standards on the production floor
• Provide feedback and report issues to support continuous improvement

What We are Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to follow diagrams, technical instructions, and assembly processes
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or factory work is beneficial but not essential
