We are currently recruiting for experienced B1.1 licensed engineers to be based at in Greater London (North) to carry out Line & Base Maintenance activities to include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as defect rectification.

To qualify for this opportunity, you should be a UK passport holder and have a min UK 5-year work history.

Responsibilities 
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the routine servicing and defect rectification of the fleet.
 

  • To be responsible for the maintenance and certification of the said maintenance of aircraft and aircraft equipment as allocated into their control by the Manager 
  • Support operations and maintenance of aircraft at main base in addition to detached locations worldwide. 
  • The supervision and performance of ground movements of aircraft assigned to them. 
  • Ensuring that all technical staff working within their supervision carries out their duties in a safe and proper manner and in accordance with the relevant Maintenance Manuals, and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition.
  • The certification of maintenance performed by their team. 


Your experience:
You’ll be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of current CAA Part 145/A8-23 procedures, flexible in your approach to meet the operational challenges at London City Airport and across the network using some of the latest technology.
 

  • UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 Licence with one type rating held (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
