Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Chief Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control to oversee and optimize all aspects related to aircraft maintenance planning and control within the Strategic team.

Key accountabilities
 

• Develop and implement aircraft maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of all aircraft.
• Monitor and analyse maintenance activities to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with aircraft maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Lead a team of maintenance planners and controllers to achieve operational excellence and minimize downtime.

Education/Experience Required
 

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aircraft maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
