Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Chief Specialist, Technical Records and Publications, As the Chief Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the management of technical documentation and records related to products, processes, and procedures within the organisation.

Key accountabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical records and publications.
- Lead a team of specialists in managing the creation, revision, and distribution of technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical publications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
- Oversee the organization and storage of technical records to ensure easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Continuously improve processes and systems related to technical records and publications.
Education/Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Technical Writing, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in managing technical records and publications, ideally in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of technical writing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in technical documents.
