Our client is a major Saudi based MRO. On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Centre, this role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance control centre to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.

Key accountabilities
 

• Develop and implement maintenance control centre procedures and policies
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance control centre specialists
• Monitor and track maintenance activities, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate communication between maintenance teams, engineers, and external vendors
• Analyse data and provide reports on maintenance performance and efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize maintenance processes

Education/Experience Required
 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience working in maintenance control centre roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Certification in relevant maintenance or engineering fields is a plus.
