We are currently recruiting for the following position on behalf of our global aviation client — a leading MRO provider specialising in the maintenance and overhaul of some of the world’s premier business jets.

License: EASA B1.1 License required
Location: Paris
Contract Type: Permanent, fulltime.

Days of work: Monday to Friday only, no public holiday working.

To be considered, you must hold a full EASA B1.1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML), untyped licences are acceptable — and have a minimum of 12-18 months’ experience within a Part 145 maintenance environment.
You can expect to begin a type rating course within your first 12 months of employment.
To be accepted you will need to hold the right to live and work in France at time of application.

Main Duties:

Mechanical Engineers and Technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance on customer aircraft. Tasks are carried out under the supervision of the Senior Technician or Team Leader.
 

  • Support certifying staff to optimise project productivity.
  • Performs complex tasks under supervision.
  • Tests systems for troubleshooting and compliance with documentation.
  • Operates complex equipment proficiently.
  • Accurately records all completed work, including corrective actions and part details.
  • Ensures proper tool usage, compliance, and maintenance.
  • Contributes to the SMS approach by reporting risks and participating in investigations.
  • Logs maintenance tasks in SAP and collaborates effectively with the team.


Principal skills and attributes Required:
 

  • An EASA B1.1 AML
  • Knowledge of technical English required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation to perform maintenance tasks in accordance with best practices
  • Knowledge of Part 145/SMS/FH/EWIS/CDCCL
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Driver's license B required
  • Precision, rigor, and flexibility
