Due to expansion of their European operation, we have been instructed to recruit for a Senior Powerplant Consultants. This is a superb opportunity for Senior Powerplant Engineers or experienced Consultants to take the next step in their career.

Senior Powerplant Consultants are expected to possess a broad range of technical and financial expertise, enabling them to support and lead complex consultancy projects as required by clients. Typical areas of involvement include:
- Engine value assessments
• Evaluation and selection of new engine types
• Support with engine purchase negotiations, sales, and remarketing activities
The Role:
Senior Powerplant Consultants will play an active leadership role by mentoring, guiding, and supporting less experienced team members, while working closely with Account Managers and Fleet Directors. In addition, experienced consultants will lead the Consultancy Team’s support for Business Development initiatives and commercial bids, providing technical and strategic input to strengthen client proposals.
Where new Business Development opportunities emerge independently of the Business Development team, Senior Powerplant Consultants are expected to take ownership and pursue these opportunities proactively.
The Ideal Candidate
An aviation professional with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience working within a Commercial (Technical) Powerplant position within an airline, MRO, leasing company.

- Overview shop visit management
- Full shop visit management
- Table inspection of engine hardware
- Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) / Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) reporting
- Invoice review
- Maintenance Repair Organisation contract negotiation and selection
- Engine transition management
- Due-diligence review of all engine technical records
- Engine Physical Inspection
- Borescope overview
- Max Power Assurance (MPA) run overview
- Lease contract understanding and negotiation
- Cost Per Hour (CPH) time and materials review
