Customer Support Manager

Customer Support Manager (BBBH12749) Farnborough, England


On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join on a permanent basis. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for communicating between both the business and customer in relation to all Part 145 maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Fully adhere to and support the Company Values and Objectives in Customer excellence.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer interface and relations throughout the project cycle, ensuring that customer service level agreements are met
  • Liaise internally about maintenance slots and production planning, ensuring that the incoming conditions, warranty, and service programs are specified
  • Liaise with the customer daily on progress and issues whilst the aircraft is at TMSF and any follow up enquires
  • Maintain databases containing customer and aircraft details using TMS systems
  • Support the TMS / Dassault Management in sales and marketing activities as required
  • Provide reports and KPI status updates to customers and TMS Management as required
  • Manage the book / billed profit and loss process for TMSF projects through continual management and control of customer work approvals



Education and Experience:

    • 5 years or more experience in Customer facing or Customer Support positions, preferably aviation and / or technical related
    • Understanding of Part 145 and Part M requirements advantageous
    • Self-driven and results orientated with a clear focus on safety and quality


· Ability to negotiate and reach compromise, proactive, problem-solving ability

    • Excellent communication skills – face to face and telephone - and written communication skills
    • Enthusiastic individual and passionate about customer service


· Flexible and able to manage varying demands and workloads
· Able to understand technical issues: interpret regulatory and technical data
· Trustworthy, professional and discrete.
· Fluent in English
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & numerical skills
· Understanding of luxury industry customers’ needs and priorities
