On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Workplace Insights Analyst on an initial 12-month contract. As the Workplace Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling evidence-led decision-making across Facilities Management by transforming workplace, operational and system data into meaningful insights.
The role will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, monitoring performance, evidencing opportunities for improvement and evaluating the impact of workplace changes. Working closely with FM Systems, Projects and Operational teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance workplace performance, improve employee experience and support wider business objectives.
Role: Workplace Insights Analyst
Pay: £35 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Stevenage – 1-2 days per week in office
Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 12 Months contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS, UK eyes only due to project
Responsibilities
- Analyse workplace operational and system data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations using Power BI.
- Monitor KPIs and workplace performance measures.
- Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with Systems teams to improve data quality, reporting capability and automation.
- Identify root causes and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Maintain FM dashboards and produce regular performance reports.
- Present findings and insights to operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Strategy, Property and Finance teams.
Essential Requirements
- Experience analysing complex datasets and producing meaningful insights.
- Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualisation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Ability to translate technical data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of data quality and integrity.
