On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Technical Admin Support to join them on an initial 6 -month contract. As the Technical Admin Support you will be working with engineers to receive documentation which needs to be stored and archived. You will also be updating and communicating to suppliers using communication memos

Role: Technical Admin Support
Pay: £19.84 per hour Umbrella Company
Contract: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours a week, 6months
Location: Filton
IR35 Status: Inside
SC Clearance: BPSS

Responsibilities

• Acting as focal for documented communications into and out from the Airbus team, such that the documentation is directed to the appropriate recipients, and correctly recorded, stored, and archived.
• On behalf of Airbus engineers, appropriately store and archive technical documentation (this to include the reconciliation of legacy documentation)
• interaction with management processes e.g. such as delivery trackers in order to confirm completed documentation storage and archiving.
• Other admin tasks in support of Airbus engineers and engineering deliverables.
• An understanding of basic Export Control rules to be developed.

Skills/Experience

• Experience of technical engineering office or similar - understanding of regulated environment with a set of stringent rules and requirements
• Pro-active and a strong communicator, must work autonomously
• Strong Microsoft and Google Suite knowledge
• Approachable
• Respects confidentiality
• Develops self and supports others.
