Learning Delivery Partner

Learning Delivery Partner (BBBH14692) Broughton, Wales

Salary: GBP22.1 - GBP26.1 per hour

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Learning Delivery Partner on an initial 12 -month contract. As a Learning Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area and acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), considering their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.

Pay: £26.10 per hour via Umbrella
Location: Broughton – 60% onsite
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours per week, 12 Months Contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS

Responsibilities
 

  • Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)
  • Ensure business proximity and gather learning and knowledge management needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders
  • Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
  • Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
  • Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs
  • Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LDP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes
  • Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
