Digital HR Project Manager (CR/4020006) Barcelona, Spain

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate HR digital projects, especially in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of tools such as Workday Talent Management 
  • Collaborate with Business (HR) and extended Digital teams to ensure smooth system integrations.
  • Understanding on systems architecture. This role will report to Digital (IT) organization with strong collaboration to HR organizations (People and Culture and People Services)
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
  • Support administrative tasks related to project execution and documentation.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, within HR or People functions.
  • Solid understanding of Workday and other HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in Learning & Development processes and tools.
  • Ability to understand master/data field connections and their impact on business processes.
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, PowerBI).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Background in computer science, engineering or similar.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Duration: 12 months + possible extension. 
  • Freelancer collaboration. 
  • Dedication: 40h per week. 
  • 1 IV process. 
  • 100% remote position
