Digital HR Project Manager (CR/4020006) Barcelona, Spain
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR digital projects, especially in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
- Support the implementation and optimization of tools such as Workday Talent Management
- Collaborate with Business (HR) and extended Digital teams to ensure smooth system integrations.
- Understanding on systems architecture. This role will report to Digital (IT) organization with strong collaboration to HR organizations (People and Culture and People Services)
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
- Support administrative tasks related to project execution and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, within HR or People functions.
- Solid understanding of Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- Experience in Learning & Development processes and tools.
- Ability to understand master/data field connections and their impact on business processes.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Background in computer science, engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English.
