About the opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the supply chain planning team with supply planning activities and advanced reporting.
Duties
- Run daily reporting in SAP-APO and update Excel tracking files in relation to supply.
- Manage requisitions, place purchase orders and follow-up with Regional & Global Planners on status of orders.
- Provide timely supply analysis on critical items.
- Prepare reports relating to Back Order projection.
- Support the team with various supply planning activities.
Skills and Experience
- Supply Planning experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
- Related Tertiary qualification (Supply chain, Logistics Business or Economics).
- Experience in monitoring and managing inventory is ideal.
- SAP APO experienced is highly advantageous.
- High proficiency in excel reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a 2 month assignment with flexibility to extend if required.
