About the opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day transactions across operations and distribution. This includes managing the relationship with the 3PL to ensure targets are met. 

Duties

• Manage day to day operational and distribution requirements to ensure customer needs are met.
• Investigate and resolve any issues related to distribution. 
• Provide solutions and support for issues pertaining to system interfaces. 
• Oversee and manage the relationships across 3PL / 4PL warehouses, logistics and transport partners to ensure KPI's are met. 
• Stakeholder management. 
• Reporting. 
• Presenting solutions for efficiency across supply chain and distribution. 
• Assist with projects across operations. 

Skills and Experience

• Experience working within Logistics and Distribution Management within healthcare or a highly regulated industry is essential. 
• High proficiency in SAP is a must have. 
• Experience working closely with 3PL's and managing vendor/supplier relationships is essential. 
• Ability to problem solve.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to commit to a 6 month assignment. 
• Good understanding of quality and requirements within the healthcare environment. 
• Available immediately.
