About the opportunity

As part of the APAC team, you will be responsible for leading clinical trial projects offering logistical and distribution solutions. This role offers the opportunity to partner with clients to understand their needs and work across global teams to ensure patients are connected to clinical trials and new medicines. 

 

Duties

  • Manage projects across AUS/NZL related to depot, logistics and home healthcare services
  • Build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Establish and negotiate agreements with potential suppliers.
  • Plan, setup and document client projects (HHC, DTP, clinical supply distribution projects)
  • Client and internal communication
  • Partner across global teams to plan and coordinate projects.
  • Training of internal staff on project requirements
  • Create and improve on process developments and SOP’s
  • Manage client budgets
  • Support budgeting and billing activities

 

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in life sciences, medical or pharmacy is highly regarded. 
  • Experience working within a clinical trial background is required.
  • Experience in project management of clinical trials
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocol
  • Well versed in regulatory requirements and drug law in within Australia
  • Experience in communicating with investigator sites would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Clinical supply chain experience is ideal
  • Solid knowledge in logistics requirements would be beneficial. 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
