About the company

Our client is an Australian multinational specialty biotechnology company that researches, develops, manufactures, and markets products to treat and prevent serious human medical conditions. They are seeking a HR generalist to assist their already well-established HR team.

Key responsibilities

  • Resolve complaints and inquiries escalated from Tier 1 that are more complex
  • Liaise with either the Centre of Expertise or HRBP when necessary,
  • Identify escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different HR requests & Processes
  • Create, monitor, and closes out tickets in the case management tool
  • Provide support for all on boarding processes
  • Ensure that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution
  • Participates in project work
  • All other HR related activities directed by management.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years Human Resource experience
  • Excellent co-ordination and time management capabilities including the ability to prioritise demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate well with various types of people
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competence in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Full working rights within Australia
