Adams & Martin Group is looking for a contract attorney to work in Gwinnett county.
Attorney will provide consultations, brief service, and advice in civil legal matters to clients with cases filed or needing to be filed in the Gwinnett County Courts.
Additional responsibilities include creating and revising pro se family law forms, brochures, and other resources as well as developing and delivering quarterly presentations on legal topics relevant to pro se litigants.
Qualifications: A Georgia bar license and at least 2 years of family law litigation experience is required.
Experience in housing, consumer, public benefits, education, and health law; a demonstrated commitment to public service; and trial advocacy courses are preferred.
Proficiency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish, is highly valued.
