Our client is seeking an Administrator on a Temporary basis for 3 months+.
Job Duties:
• Answering the Telephone
• Opening the Post
• Putting Site Files together
• Getting Quotes from Suppliers
• Placing Orders with Suppliers
• Giving Order Numbers over the phone to our staff
• Booking Accommodation / Trains
• Assisting PM’s with tasks – Spreadsheets / Zip Files
• Dealing with O&M Manuals
• Scanning / Filing Documents
• Works in connection with tenders and sending out subcontract enquiries
• Creating new projects on Eque2
• Timesheets – Printing and getting approval from PM’s
Hours: Monday to Friday (slightly flexible)
Pay: £9ph
Duration: 3 Months+
