This structural team is four years old, seeking a Senior Revit Modeller.

There are 22 engineers globally right now. The plan is 50+ within five years. Sydney is where a big chunk of that growth is happening, and this role is part of it.

If you join now, you're not slotting into an established hierarchy. You're one of six engineers in a Sydney office that's actively building out. When senior roles open up and they will, you'll already be there.

You'll report directly to the section manager and work closely with teams across Melbourne, Brisbane, the UK, and New Zealand. The collaboration is real. Projects move across offices, and you'll have visibility well beyond a typical Sydney-based role.

The work is mainly small to mid-rise, residential up to 10–12 storeys, defence, and education. High turnover of projects means you take genuine ownership. You're managing and delivering, not just drawing. If you want a role where completed work lands regularly and your name is on it, this suits that.

The team is open on level but you'll need to hit the ground running. Around 6–8 years' experience is the mark. The section manager is hands-on and invested in developing the right person. Attitude matters here as much as technical ability.
