I’m currently representing a well-established Design & Construct company renowned for delivering innovative, design-led projects across education, defence, public facilities, and premium commercial sectors.

The successful individual will take the lead on early-stage project design and client engagement for high-value D&C projects ($10–20M+).

This role is perfect for a design leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technical precision, and business development. You’ll be the connector between architectural vision and delivery success — with the chance to make a measurable impact on the company’s growth and market position.

The Opportunity:

• Influence major projects at their earliest stages, shaping feasibility, design direction, and procurement outcomes.
• Champion modular construction as a premium, efficient alternative to traditional building methods.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry decision-makers.
• Work alongside senior leadership to position the business as the “builder of choice” for complex, design-led projects.

About You:

• Registered Architect (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture).
• 7–10+ years in senior/associate roles within design-led D&C or top-tier architectural practices.
• Demonstrated success in $10M+ projects, ideally within education, defence, or high-spec commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of DfMA, buildability, value engineering, and construction methodologies.
• Confident, credible, and highly networked within the NSW design and construction community.
• Skilled in influencing stakeholders and translating architectural ambition into construction reality.
