Customer Service Coordinator (RL10198) Tadcaster, England

Salary: GBP9.75 - GBP11.38 per hour + + excellent company benefits

We have a wonderful and exciting opportunity for Customer Service Coordinators to join a highly successful, growing and expanding company based on the outskirts of York, easily commutable on the A64. This is a very supportive, team-orientated company providing excellent training and support throughout your employment.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, some of your duties will consist of;

  • Coordinating appointments for technicians to attend client sites in your geographical areas
  • Receive installation and removal requests via the website, phone, and email
  • Create installations plans and provide accurate quotes
  • Track and allocate workloads ensuring that internal technicians are utilised with work being balanced, rather than overusing external contractors
  • Confidently speak with all types of customers, service providers, retailers, and installation technicians
  • Demonstrate a determination to achieve objectives and overcome complex problems

This will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, earning a salary of £9.75 per hour, plus the discretionary bonus.
