As Office Manager/PA you will report into the Operations Director and provide essential support to the leadership and management team. The Office Manager will also manage a range of varied internal projects integral to the company's ongoing development. This is a varied and challenging role.
Duties
- Managing internal projects
- Undertaking research to support delivery of internal projects and continual improvement.
- Managing of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Managing the Business Admin Assistant in their day to day activities, ensuring they provide effective support to your role as Business Support Administrator.
- Providing administrative support to the management team including responding to requests for information, servicing meetings etc.
- Managing housekeeping tasks to ensure day to day smooth running of the office including managing office and stationery supplies
- Member of the Leadership Team.
- Supporting the company’s commitment to continual improvement
- Working in line with company policies and processes
- Developing your own knowledge and undertaking training
- Building effective relationships within the organisation and sharing knowledge, to deliver excellence for our customers.

Hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.
