NATIONAL SENIOR SALES MANAGER REQUIRED FOR AN ASAP START!! FIELD BASED ALTHOUGH OFFICES IN WEST LONDON £45,000 - £55,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + CAR + FUEL CARD + BENEFITS
The business are fairly new in the construction world (5 years) however they part of a large group which specialises in the Construction world and are now looking to recruit a National Senior Sales Manager on a permanent basis. This is quite a unique bespoke operation based out of West London (Queens Park) however will predominately be field based where the successful candidate will be selling high end spec architectural facade products which determine the look of any given buildings exterior once installed. The group distribute and manufacture the high end products whilst this particular business sells and offers further installation assistance across London as well as the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the budget for the year across all product groups and ensuring consistent growth looking ahead which includes managing the independent sales agents and internal sales team to ensure the play their role and bring in orders. You will be supported by an estimating team and your remit will be nationwide, once orders are placed they are then dealt with by the Project/Operations team allowing you to focus on new projects and target clients. It is essential that you have experience within the Facade/Cladding industry and have proven sales experience adding value to a business.
[ Skills & experience required ]
- Façades/Cladding experience, preferably with an architectural façade cladding panel or similar material. This could be stone, terracotta, cement, concrete, GRC, brick slip, composite or similar material or a fixing system for one of those applications
- 3 years minimum experience managing sales staff
- 5 years sales experience minimum
- An understanding of how architect specifications lead to the award of project building contracts which then leads to orders for design, engineering and material supply services to companies such as ourselves
- General construction industry knowledge
- Construction product or technical product background
