My client is a leading supplier in the UK and Europe and are now looking to recruit a Dutch/English fluent speaking Customer Support Advisor. This role is is pivotal in providing the best service possible responding to general queries from customers and distributors as well as providing technical support to its end users, trade customers and relevant bodies. [ The role ]

- Provide Best Ever Service to our customers telephone and email
- Communicate with customers to update on process of returns and credit notes, including any testing that is to be conducted
- Support internal and external departments on technical related issues
- Provide administrative and technical support to distributors and customers via all contact routes (email, voice, live chat & web) ensuring that that they are communicated with in an effective and timely manner
- Act as the focal point between country and UK head- office for any product returns or technical issues that are being experienced with specific products
- Manage the returns process to ensure that returns processes are followed, with replacements being issued within agreed timescales and that customers are communicated with in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide activity reports to line manager on performance of country, documenting and highlighting and issues that have been identified
- Ensure that stock levels are monitored and replenished to agreed levels
- Provide testing information and reports to distributors
- Provide cover for other European countries when required, including France and Germany and others as and when required
- Administration and aftersales for EMEA

[ Person and skills required ]

- Fluent Dutch and English language skills (German also would be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to operate as an effective team member
- Great problem-solving skills
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Proactive, eager to learn,
- Ability to work without supervision
- Computer literate
