PROJECT COORDINATOR REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED NEAR COVENTRY £28,000 PER ANNUM + EXCELLENT BENEFITS + 25 DAYS HOLIDAY + FREE PARKING!

My client is a well known established education business and due to an expansion they are now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The role will coordinate various projects and development of materials supporting new and existing qualification products. You will proactively work with the Project Managers and others across the business ensuring that all products are produced to the highest possible standards and that other departments are kept fully informed about key development activities. This role will involve managing stakeholders so it is essential to have an ability to communicate at all levels as well as being able to write and produce a high qualiy of work.

[ The role ]

- Engage with stakeholders to support external meetings
- Participate in the working group which develops the product specification
- Manage the authoring process
- Organise the external working group meeting, to review the technical material and identify if any changes are required to the specification following the first stage of development
- Pro-actively track and chase up any actions with internal or external suppliers to ensure that the product development project is staying on track
- Provide information to other departments they need to carry out their part of the project work e.g. marketing, instructor co-ordinators, operations
- Ensure that all products are proof read and comply with house style, including managing external proof reading company
- Deliver external communications
- Conduct six month, mid-term review and lessons
