Job Description

A Leader, this is a pure leadership role so experience leading teams, hiring, excellent management skills and ideally experience from a start-up/scale-up

Handling overall responsibility for managing the sales team, achieve growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales target

Thoroughly understand clients’ industry, current state, and positioning in order to match client needs & expectations with client-centric solutions using our broad range of products. The ideal candidate helps our client on the path to omnichannel personalization & digital growth

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers

Providing feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

Effectively manage the country’s pipeline to forecast & realize revenue to meet targets

Must have;

Previous experience with the travel, eCommerce, and retail industries is a big plus!
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company
Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business development
Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies
