We have long-term positions with permanent contract opportunities for baggage handlers and ramp agents to work at Gatwick Airport.
RAMP AGENTS
30 hours per week plus overtime available

- PAY £11.35ph !!
- VARIABLE SHIFT PATTERNS
- 30HRS PER WEEK (OVERTIME AVAILABLE)
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE & ABLE TO START ANYTIME
- ROSTERS GIVEN IN ADVANCE FOR SEASON
- UK DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED
- ONGOING POSITION WITH OPPORTUNITY OF PERMANENT CONTRACT WITH DHL!

Duties and responsibilities:
Baggage Handlers / Ramp Agents are responsible for ensuring all passengers baggage is loaded and unloaded accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading of customers baggage
- To deliver world class customer service
- Processing customers luggage
- Operating specialist equipment as required
- To comply with airport health and safety and security guide lines always
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be physically fit and pass a medical
- Ideally have previous experience in a manual handling role
- To be able to work well within a team
- To be able to work in all weather conditions if your role is based outside / airside
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Be flexible in the shifts you can work
Hours of work:
- 30 hours per week plus overtime available

Requirements:
Due to the location of work being at Gatwick Airport you must be able to provide the following:
- 5-year check-able work history, this does not need to be all UK experience, you also do not need to have been employed for a continuous 5 years we just need to verify whatever it is that you have been doing, this can cover unemployment periods, school etc.
- You must be able to provide valid photographic ID
- Willing to undertake a criminal record check
