  • 06.00 AM - 14.00 PM    OR   08.00AM - 16.00PM  
  • £8.50 PER HOUR PLUS PICK BONUS
  • FULL TIME HOURS

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Working within a very large team of warehouse operatives in one of the UK'S largest grocery retailers distribution centre in Dartford
  • Managing the movements of stock throughout the warehouse including in the chiller areas 
  • This role will be mainly working in the chilled section of the warehouse handling goods that require temperature control 
  • Using equipment provided to pick selected items from the holding areas ready for packing and distribution
  • Assisting with loading and off loading of pallets  
  • Scanning of goods to monitor accuracy of picking, safety and process  
  • Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Reliable
  • Motivated
  • A desire to learn new skills
  • Good team player but can also work independently 
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment where efficiency is key 
  • Able to work in a physically demanding role
