Customer Service Administrator (HQ00004365) Swansea, Wales

Salary: GBP18000 - GBP18000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen with my client based in Swansea who operate within a very exciting industry. They are looking for a new addition to their small and friendly customer service administration team and are looking for someone organised, that is an excellent communicator.

As a Customer Service Administrator your role will include:
Liaising with customers via telephone and email maintaining excellent customer service standards
Dealing with enquiries
Liaising with warehouse and supply chain to monitor/check stock
Processing customer orders
Raising invoices

In order to be successful as a Customer Service Administrator you will need to be:
Able to communicate extremely well
IT literate
Have an excellent telephone manner
Able to multi-task
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
An excellent team-player

Work within a retail sector may be beneficial.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday Friday 9am-5pm with occasional overtime needed during busier periods.
The role is paying circa £18,000per annum and benefits from free parking onsite.
