HR Manager

HR Manager (RF18189) Doha, Qatar

Salary: GBP1 - GBP2 per annum

Job responsibilities:

  1. Carry out local staff recruitment for overseas projects.
  2. Manage the whole onboarding process of new staffs
  3. Implement staff handbook and manage Staff training
  4. Oversee overall process of expatriates management
  5. Conduct on-site training and make corresponding records for on-site personnel. The content of on-site training must include project management system, safety prevention, local customs and culture, on-site environmental health, and emergency knowledge training.
  6. Familiar with and make necessary suggestions and implementation for local salary policy. The salary standard must comply with local laws.
  7. Establish employment personnel files, and manage passports and valid certificates of overseas personnel to ensure the authenticity and validity of labor personnel's certificates during project duration.
  8. Continuously improve personnel’s job skills and work efficiency, implement and manage personnel evaluation system, and make recommendations on talents to the company.

 

Requirements

  1. University degree or above, major in Human Resources
  2. English proficiency a must. Mandarin is preferred but not required
  3. Familiar with local laws and regulations of the country of the project
  4. 5 years experience in Qatar, from Power/O&G industry.
