Job responsabilities :
- Plan training of several weeks to be fully operational on parameters / settings / maintenance
- Interface with Matica (monitoring of preventives), coordination of heavy interventions
- Level 1 maintenance
- Installation of the spare machine if necessary
- Optimization of the set up according to the wear of the lasers in order to guarantee the homogeneity of the visual renderings
- Creation of new lay-outs
- Monitoring of a stock of spare parts (excluding preventive if managed by Matica)
- Ensure the consistency of the initial calibrations
- Monitoring of machine parts change by machine
- Well versed with the hardware support and maintenance of the Personalization equipment
- Visit the branch to troubleshoot and investigate the problem of the machine
- Coordinate with El-Ajou Team to replace spare parts (if required)
- Provide technical support over the phone
- Provide technical investigation report
