Salary: SGD4000 - SGD5000 per month + Comms, VB
Job Summary/Introduction

This role will be working very closely with the Head of Sales in a lean team, to grow their market share in the Hospitality sector in Singapore through the building of new client relationships and increasing business growth!

You will be part of the pioneering team member in a new market segment, and will be working closely with the Head of Sales to increase profitability!

Description

The Job

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing Strategy in cooperation with Swisspro Singapore and key accounts.
  • Maintain, manage and cooperate with current partners in Singapore.
  • Establish new distribution partners or/and support current distribution partners to further develop the network in their sales channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales, market development and forecasts.

The Talent

  • Min 3-4 or above successful experiences in leading company or senior sales role in the field of FMCG/Consumer Goods with rich experience in develop distribution channel business in Singapore
  • Strong network and contacts with Hotel procurement/purchasing teams is an added advantage
  • Experience in marketing and brand management for home appliances or similar product range inclusive after sales service
  • Degree education in sales, marketing, business administration or equivalent is preferred
  • Successful track record in sales and marketing mentioned channels/markets
  • Successful experience in managing sales in retail and online channel experience is a plus
  • Leadership experience / ability to form and coach a small team
  • Business-minded, sensitive to financials, and strong ability to think and act like a business owner
  • Entrepreneurial and independent, with high levels of flexibility, open and proactive
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication
