Job Summary/Introduction

This role will be working within the Omni-Channel team, to plan and deliver tailored CRM strategies across their regional operations to develop customer loyalty & retention, while pursuing high ROI (sales, acquisition, upselling).

Description

The Job

  • Define, develop & manage a One-to-One communication program including product-based and delight activities set according to the client’s propensity, needs and culture with the aim to build a strong commercial and tailored relationship with the customer.
  • Implement CRM tools and activities, in compliance with the strategy, involving all relevant central and local actors, and considering cost/benefits.
  • Provide and relay CRM guidelines, training and full support to local teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform project management activities, checking milestones and highlighting issues. (VIC clienteling action plan – a master roadmap for each VIC during a calendar year)
  • Provide analytics and reporting tools to central and local stakeholders. Constantly monitor the results for strategy adjustment and evolution.
  • Provide monthly reports for each store on their activities, mystery shopping results, CRM and retail KPIs.
  • Responsible for all BTL collaterals and festive gifts and hampers

The Talent

  • Proven experience in CRM systems, data analysis, and statistical tools
  • Project Management experience
  • Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
  • Preferably with experience in the luxury industry (high-end fashion and automobiles and hospitality)
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, customer oriented.
