About the role:

This 4-year Boilermaker Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience whilst:

• Assist with the fabrication, assembly, maintenance and repair of structural steel, plant equipment and industrial machinery.
• Learning welding, fabrication, machining, and mechanical skills from highly skilled tradespeople.
• Support day-to-day operations, preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades while working with specialised materials.
• Gain exposure to machining and mechanical processes within an industrial environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Ready to apply practical, hands-on skills with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality trade work.
• Eager to learn from experienced tradespeople and develop mechanical and welding expertise.
• Focused on safety, following procedures, and contributing positively to a supportive team environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and enthusiastic about building a long-term career in the trade.
• Motivated, passionate and driven to deliver excellent results every day safely.
