About the role:

This is your opportunity to build a long-term career in the electrical industry while gaining hands-on experience across diverse, real-world projects. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will:

• Assist with preventative maintenance, fault finding and servicing of electrical systems
• Support optic installation, cabling, wiring, power systems, grid systems and switchboards
• Help plan and coordinate works, inspections and scheduling activities on-site
• Liaise with customers and develop strong professional communication skills
• Gain exposure to a variety of Sydney-based sites, with occasional overnight regional travel

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Adaptable and reliable, with a strong commitment to workplace safety
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach on-site
• Genuine motivation to complete an Electrical trade qualification and build a long-term career
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle to travel to and from sites (automatic licence acceptable)
