Sydney is calling for a motivated 3rd Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice ready to step up!

Looking to continue your career with real earning potential and job security? MEGT is partnering with a high-performing industry leader to recruit an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice working across Sydney Metro and surrounding NSW.

About the role:

Join a team at the forefront of critical cooling technology, where no two days are the same and your skills will be challenged and developed as you gain experience in:

• Servicing and maintenance of critical cooling systems, including chillers and DX refrigerant systems
• Working with advanced micro-control systems and smart controllers
• Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical airflow and refrigerant systems
• Supporting end-to-end product lifecycle solutions across commercial and industrial environments

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally a 3rd Year Apprentice
• Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused with a genuine willingness to learn
• Professional presentation and confident communication skills for customer-facing environments
• Basic computer skills, with exposure to smart controls or technical systems highly regarded
