About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in
- Full-time 12-month traineeship leading to a Certificate III in Community Services, with ongoing employment opportunities.
- Work alongside and receive direct support from the Aboriginal Outreach Worker and ITC Team Leader.
- Assist local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to access and better use health care services.
- Gain hands-on experience supporting community health and wellbeing through outreach activities.
What we’re looking for - Skills & Experience
- Enthusiastic about learning from and working alongside experienced Aboriginal Health Professionals.
- Well organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved.
- Comfortable using technology, with strong IT skills and a tech-savvy approach.
- A valid Driver's Licence
