About the role:

This apprenticeship/traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in

• Act as the first point of contact, providing friendly front-of-house reception and customer service.
• Support daily office administration, data entry, systems use and general organisation.
• Assist with scheduling, appointments and coordination between customers and internal teams.
• Participate in training and development to grow skills and progress within the business.

What we’re looking for - Skills & Experience

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Google Landscape preferred, email, data entry)
