Looking to build a long-term trade career with real earning potential and job security? MEGT is partnering with a high-performing industry leader to recruit an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice working across Sydney Metro and surrounding NSW.

About the role:

This 4-year apprenticeship will challenge you every day with new systems, new skills and new opportunities. While travelling across sites, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in:

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning & refrigeration systems
• Advanced fault-finding and real-world problem solving
• Installing cabling, wiring, and power/optic systems
• Working on grid systems and switchboards while engaging directly with customers

What we’re looking for:

• A naturally curious, intelligent and mature-minded individual
• Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Hands-on and mechanically minded, comfortable using tools, practical in nature, and eager to learn on-site every day
• Flexible and reliable
